In this project, I designed and developed a realistic 3D airplane flight simulator using Unity, with a strong focus on smooth controls and an immersive flying experience. The simulator features a detailed airport environment and a dynamic camera system that enhances realism during takeoff, navigation, and landing. Special attention was given to aircraft handling to ensure natural and responsive flight behavior, making the gameplay engaging and intuitive for players.
I implemented core flight mechanics, real-time UI systems, and an interactive HUD that displays essential flight data such as speed, altitude, and distance. User-friendly on-screen controls were designed to provide a seamless experience across different devices. Alongside gameplay development, I optimized performance and stability to ensure smooth frame rates and reliable gameplay, even during extended sessions.
The project was built using clean, modular, and scalable architecture, making it production-ready and easy to expand with future features such as mission-based gameplay, multiplayer functionality, or monetization systems. This simulator highlights my expertise in Unity 3D game development, flight simulation mechanics, UI/HUD design, and performance optimization, demonstrating my ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and immersive simulation experiences.
